Maryland-based Grady, Wright and Associates, Inc. was one of the first agencies to partner with to drive new business relationships. The agency tracks its lead source and today reports about 40 percent of new business comes from, with the largest account a $25,000 written premium. As a Advantage subscriber, Barbara reports writing both commercial lines and personal lines leads, with the largest written premium a workers’ comp policy for $19,000. Max Morgan: Golden Agents Corp, Florida

Since subscribing to’s Advantage subscription two years ago, Max reports his agency has written a lot of business, with policy premiums as high as $20,000 and a few even up to $60,000. Since joining, Max notes, “We’ve had a 1000 percent return on our investment. So, of course I would recommend it to other agents. In the past three months, Rich notes that the referrals he’s received from his Advantage subscription have already paid for his investment for the full year. “In the past three months, we’ve written $11,000 in premium and we have about $15,000 pending that we hope to close in the next 30 days. Debra Johnson: Douglas B Johnson Insurance Agency, Texas

The Douglas B Johnson Insurance Agency relies on to expand its referral network through greater online visibility. Debra notes, “When people go to the web and type in ‘insurance,’ the website pops up. As our referral source, it opens up the market by giving us exposure to work with people we wouldn’t be reaching otherwise.” Debra reports closing three new accounts in the last three weeks, with premiums ranging between $3,000 to $6,000. Harrison Collard: Associated Insurance Services, Idaho

After just a few months getting started with, Harrison has already written some business. As a prospecting benefit, “I see a solid ROI by being connecting with people who are already looking for insurance, as opposed to cold calling people to drive interest.” He adds that getting referrals tailored to his appetite is an added benefit. “What’s really cool about is that I get referrals that other agents in my area don’t want, so it really helps everyone.” Associated Insurance Services writes referrals with Auto Owners, Acuity, EMC and Cincinnati insurance companies.

Todd’s agency reports getting lots of referrals in a broad scope of risks, writing accounts as large as$40,000 in premium. He notes, “The return on investment with is an extremely low marketing expenditure with a great payoff. My staff is very good at finding out what they really need and we’re able to sell the whole account. Bill Abbott: Abbott/Milano Insurance Agency, New Jersey
